Employment Type:Part Time
Description:Provide administrative support to the Clubhouse Operations and Management staff as needed. Act as Clubhouse Concierge and Receptionist supporting members and staff.

- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Answer telephones promptly in a courteous and professional manner
- Make appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Create reports, lists, letters, memos, meeting agendas and other projects
- Assist in sorting and responding to mail
- Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
License/Certifications Required
- Possession of a valid California drivers license

- Solid understanding of the golf and country club environment
- Education related to the industry or of a business nature
- Point-of-sale knowledge
- Understanding and knowledge of food and beverage, tourism and hospitality industry
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional office setting, or as an Administrative Assistant

- Organization
- Communication and Interpersonal (must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional customer service, quick evaluation and decision making
- Can operate all office equipment (including telephone, computer, copier)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written, verbal and grammatical skills within the English language
- Excellent computer software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
